Drawing from his life experiences and journey as a Paralympian, Steve’s message challenges attendees to rethink limits, embrace perseverance, and recognize the impact of everyday choices.

1:15 - 2:30 PM | Afternoon Breakout Sessions
Two concurrent breakout sessions will be offered.
One session will focus on engineering and infrastructure, including roadway design, system improvements, and planning approaches that support safer outcomes.
The second session will focus on law enforcement and community partners, using a data driven approach to examine trends and practical applications for enforcement, education, and community safety.
